Sailing Match is looking for two amazing Deck/Stews!

Looking for your next sailing adventure? We’re on the lookout for two awesome Deck/Stews to join two beautiful sailing yachts:
30m Performance SY – Atlantic crossing late November → Caribbean season (private & charter program).
23m Sailing Yacht – Private, family-oriented program for the Caribbean season. November crossing.Cooking skills are a big plus for this role!
We’re after hands-on, experienced Deck/Stews – minimum 1 season on similar sailing yachts and solid sailing experience required.
You’ll need to be confident on deck while heeling over and happy to jump inside to keep the interior guest-ready.

What we’re looking for:
At least 1 season’s yacht experience
Strong sailing background
Positive, can-do attitude & adaptability
Female candidates only due to cabin arrangements
All certificates up to date
For the 23 m SY) Comfortable in a family-style, relaxed atmosphere – cooking skills a bonus!
