RECEPTIONIST / SECRETARY – Finance & Accounting Sector
Location: Monaco
Contract: Full-time, Permanent (CDI)

Main Responsibilities:
– Welcome clients, visitors, and partners with professionalism and courtesy.
– Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the right contacts.
– Manage mail reception, sorting, and distribution.
– Perform various administrative tasks: filing, archiving, office supply management, and general office organization.
– Coordinate meeting room bookings and scheduling.
– Maintain a well-organized and professional reception area.
Profile:
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
– Fluent in French (spoken and written); good command of English required; Italian is an asset.
– Professional appearance, sense of service, and confidentiality.
– Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
– Previous experience in reception or administrative support, ideally within accounting or finance.
