JOB OFFER – DEVELOPMENT-FOCUSED INFANT NANNY – MONACO

Location: Monaco
Job Type: Full-time, Live-out (accommodation provided)

Driving Licence: Not required

Key Responsibilities:
Full-time care for a 1-year-old boy under a 169-hour Monegasque contract
Apply Montessori-inspired practices (certificate welcome but not required)
Plan mini learning activities, milestone notes, and sensorial play
Encourage independence through practical life tasks and motor skills development
Prepare nutritious baby meals and manage safe food progression
Maintain nursery organisation: toy rotation, ordered shelves, child’s laundry
Manage nap, bath, and bedtime routines
Arrange outings, playdates, and appointments
Keep daily updates for parents and support family with occasional travel

Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Montessori principles for early childhood
Experience in infant care and nursery management
Confident in nutrition and meal preparation for babies
Flexible and creative, with excellent organisational skills

Salary & Benefits:
€5,000 net/month
