Sector: Tertiary | Contract: 3-month interim, potential CDI | Salary: €2200/month (temporary)
Language Requirement: Fluent or bilingual in English
A Monaco-based company specializing in the creation and organization of international congresses.
Main Responsibilities:
Assist the project manager in organizing large-scale international events
Coordinate event logistics with service providers and suppliers
Act as liaison with clients (emails, calls, follow-ups)
Manage administrative tasks: orders, quotes, invoices
Profile Sought:
Bac +2 in project management, communication, or events
Previous experience in event logistics
Mastery of Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Fluent or bilingual in English
