About the Role:
We are recruiting 2 experienced Housekeepers to join a high-standard, professional UHNW household in Monaco. The successful candidates will maintain two unoccupied residences to impeccable standards and occasionally support the family’s main formal residence.

This is a long-term opportunity within a respectful, well-organized household with clear guidance and a supportive environment. Occasional travel to other European properties (2–4 weeks at a time) will be required.

Key Responsibilities:
Housekeeping & Cleaning:
– Maintain both residences in pristine condition at all times
– Perform daily cleaning, attention to every detail
– Care for luxury materials, surfaces, and finishes (training provided)

Laundry & Ironing:
– Manage all linens and textiles at the vacant homes
– Assist the laundress at the main residence when needed

Teamwork & Professionalism:
– Work efficiently with fellow housekeepers and other staff
– Maintain discretion and a professional demeanor at all times
– Take initiative and work independently when required

Travel:
– Be available for occasional travel to the family’s European residences (2–4 week stays)

Candidate Requirements:
– Minimum 5 years in luxury households, 5-star hotels, or yachts
– Excellent cleaning and organizational skills
– Fluent in English (French a plus)
– Own accommodation and transportation (no parking provided)
– Must already reside in or near Monaco
– EU passport or legal residency for Monaco work permit
– Low personal commitments preferred (must ensure full availability)

– Salary: €3,000 net/month (12 monthly payments)
