About the Role:
A high-profile UHNW family of six (2 adults, 3 children + nanny) is looking for a highly skilled Private Chef for gourmet dinner service. This is a rare opportunity to join a fully staffed formal household in Monaco, focusing on refined, healthy Mediterranean cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare and serve dinner daily (family-style or 3-course as requested)
– Plan weekly or bi-weekly menus with an emphasis on healthy, seasonal ingredients
– Maintain a pristine and organized kitchen
– Adapt to the family’s feedback and preferences
– Dessert/patisserie skills are a plus

Ideal Candidate:
– 8–10 years of experience in UHNW households, yachts, or Michelin-starred kitchens
– Expert in Mediterranean and international cuisine
– Fluent in English (French is a plus)
– Creative, discreet, professional
– Strong attention to detail and presentation
– Must have accommodation near Monaco and own transport (no parking provided)
