BNSSA Swimming Supervisor (M/F) – Seasonal Position
Contract: Seasonal (Mid-April – End of October 2025)
Working Hours: 6/7 days per week (199 hours per month)
Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety of residents in and around the water
Enforce safety regulations and pool rules
Prepare and maintain the bathing area (cleaning and organizing)
Inspect and manage emergency equipment
Provide first aid in case of an accident
Required Profile:
Valid BNSSA Certification (mandatory)
Fluent English (C1 level), bilingual preferred
Previous experience in a similar role
Strong communication, stress management, and service skills
