Type: Full-time Internship (4 to 6 months)

Internship Overview
CMX Event Management is offering an internship in international project management for students looking to gain hands-on experience in the event industry. This role provides an opportunity to work on real client projects, assist with event coordination, and support preparations for major events, including the Monaco Grand Prix.

Key Tasks:
Assist in preparing client offers and event proposals.
Conduct market research to support event projects.
Negotiate with suppliers and venues.
Assist with site inspections and event coordination.
Update databases and client lists.
Support the team in Grand Prix event preparations.

What You Will Learn:
Event project management from initial request to on-site execution.
Hotel, restaurant, and event venue structures and planning processes.
Venue sourcing through site inspections.
Supplier negotiation and cost optimization.
Database and client list management.
Professional presentation and client offer preparation.
Office operations and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
Time management under tight deadlines.

Requirements:
Fluent in English and working proficiency in French (additional languages are a plus).
Proficiency in MS Office (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign skills are an asset).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Remuneration:
This is an unpaid internship, but a bonus may be granted at the end based on performance.

Contract & Duration:
Internship agreement required (University and CMX Event will sign the contract).
Certificate of completion will be provided at the end.
Duration: 4 to 6 months (6 months preferred).
Flexible start dates available.
