Event Project Manager – Monaco

Position Overview
CMX Event Management is looking for a Project Manager to manage and execute corporate events across Monaco, the French & Italian Rivieras, and other international destinations. The role involves planning, coordinating, and delivering high-end events such as incentives, conferences, product launches, and gala evenings.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze client requests and provide detailed event proposals and guidance.
Build and manage client relationships through daily communication and follow-ups.
Negotiate with suppliers and venues, prepare and manage contracts.
Ensure flawless project execution to meet exceptional industry standards.
Conduct research on new venues, suppliers, and event experiences.
Manage event budgeting, logistics, staffing, and on-site coordination.
Handle invoicing, filing, and CRM management.
Attend networking and commercial events when required.
Continuously develop professional skills and knowledge.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in corporate event management. You should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain a high level of service quality.

Key Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in event management, hospitality, or a similar corporate setting.
Fluent in English and French (German or other languages are a plus).
Strong logistics and project management skills.
Proven track record in delivering high-end corporate events.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Strong administrative experience and proficiency in CRM tools.
Valid driver’s license.
