Senior Event & Team Manager – Monaco

Position Overview
CMX Event Management is seeking a Senior Event & Team Manager to oversee projects, support the Managing Director, and lead a team of event professionals. The role requires strong project management skills, business development expertise, and leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Event & Project Management: Oversee and execute events from start to finish.
Team Leadership: Act as the main contact for project managers, ensuring smooth workflow.
Business Development: Develop sales strategies, identify new opportunities, and manage budgets.
Digital Marketing & CRM: Supervise website updates, social media presence, and client relationship management.
Travel & Networking: Represent the company at trade shows and client meetings internationally.
Reporting & Strategy: Provide updates on project status, financials, and partner performance.
Requirements:
Languages: Fluent in English and French (additional languages are a plus).
Skills: Strong leadership, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
Flexibility: Adaptability to tight deadlines and changing schedules.
Experience: Minimum three years in a DMC or event management company (Côte d’Azur experience preferred).
