Join Fairmont Monte Carlo, a luxury hotel in the heart of Monaco, featuring 596 rooms, suites, and residences, world-class dining, a spa, and wellness services.

Responsibilities
Welcome guests and members at the Spa, Fitness Center, and Pool
Manage reservations and client inquiries for spa and fitness services
Provide exceptional customer service following hotel standards
Promote and sell spa treatments and fitness products
Ensure cleanliness and organization of guest areas
Handle billing, memberships, and product sales
Maintain and report statistical data on spa and fitness services

Requirements
Fluent in French and English (Italian is a plus)
Strong customer service and sales skills
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and internet tools (experience with Opera is a plus)
Flexible schedule to accommodate shifts
