Responsibilities
Provide professional, friendly, and high-quality service
Maintain offices, corridors, and landings on the floors
Ensure room maintenance, including preparation of VIP rooms with appropriate furniture
Operate carpet/upholstery shampoo machines and tile steamers
Promote the hotel’s services and enhance guest experience

Requirements
Experience in a similar role is a plus
Good understanding and communication skills in English and Italian
Strong work ethic, organization, and attention to detail
Must be courteous, respectful, and a team player
Ability to adapt to last-minute changes
