Contract Type: Full-time

Join the prestigious Fairmont Monte Carlo, a luxury hotel in the heart of Monaco, featuring 596 rooms, suites, and residences, four restaurants, six bars, a Fitness Center, a Spa, two swimming pools, Room Service, and Catering services.

Responsibilities
Provide professional, friendly, and high-quality service
Supervise chambermaids, floor valets, and team members while ensuring efficiency
Oversee staff presentation and maintain discipline on the floors
Prepare and manage daily team schedules
Ensure high service quality and optimize work procedures
Maintain hygiene and safety standards in rooms and public areas
Inspect and prepare VIP guest arrivals
Oversee public spaces, offices, and common areas
Handle guest requests and complaints, taking initiative to resolve any issues
Report any conflicts, dissatisfaction, or improvement opportunities to superiors
Assist in staff training needs assessment and inventory management
Contribute to the achievement of departmental goals

Requirements
Minimum Baccalaureate; a degree from a Hotel School is a plus
Strong command of English and Italian
Prior experience in the same role within a similar establishment
Strong leadership, responsibility, and communication skills
Excellent presentation and sense of aesthetics
Team spirit, attention to detail, discretion, and a welcoming attitude
Ability to manage a large team with organization, rigor, and empathy
