Location: Fairmont Monte Carlo, Monaco
Contract Type: Full-time

Join the prestigious Fairmont Monte Carlo, a luxury hotel in the heart of Monaco, featuring 596 rooms, suites, and residences, four restaurants, six bars, a Fitness Center, a Spa, two swimming pools, Room Service, and Catering services.

Responsibilities
Provide professional, friendly, and high-quality service
Distribute uniforms to colleagues
Maintain and repair uniforms (sewing buttons, hemming, etc.)
Perform curtain sewing and cushion/chair repairs
Work closely with the Laundry department
Manage linen stock for rooms and catering services
Participate in inventory management (approximately three times per year)
Ensure compliance with uniform and linen procedures
Receive and inspect uniform and linen purchases
Provide occasional replacements in the guest cloakroom
Perform other tasks as assigned

Requirements
BEP or CAP in Sewing
Proficiency in various sewing techniques
Attention to detail and adherence to hygiene and maintenance standards
Courtesy and professionalism towards colleagues and supervisors
Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
Adaptability to last-minute changes
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Experience in a similar role in a 4-star, luxury 4-star, or palace hotel is a plus
