Location: Fairmont Monte Carlo, Monaco
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing VIP guest arrivals and managing daily priorities
Set up welcome amenities and room decorations
Greet and escort guests to their rooms
Personalize guest experiences and promote the ALL loyalty program
Handle guest communication via Easy Way
Provide hotel tours and assist with guest inquiries in the lobby
Support reception, concierge, and lobby services
Promote hotel services and upsell room types
Manage room key programming and relocations
Address guest requests and complaints professionally

Requirements:
Fluent in French and English (Italian is a plus)
Previous experience in customer service is an asset
Familiarity with Opera system and Microsoft Windows is a plus
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and in a team
Flexible schedule availability
