Ensure product quality control, inventory management, and proper food storage

Supervise and train commis chefs when necessary
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service

Profile
Experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or similar role in a gourmet or fine dining restaurant
Strong knowledge of modern and traditional culinary techniques
Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and unexpected challenges
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Capability to work under pressure while maintaining quality standards
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
