Your Mission
Prepare, season, and cook dishes following the head chef’s instructions
Supervise kitchen assistants and apprentices
Ensure hygiene and food safety compliance
Contribute to menu and dish development
Manage inventory and place orders
Assist in kitchen setup and cleaning
Provide service in the absence of the head chef
Work closely with the team to ensure customer satisfaction

Your Profile
Proven experience as a chef de partie in a restaurant or catering establishment
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food hygiene standards
Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
Organizational and time management skills
Creativity and passion for cooking
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Adaptability and problem-solving mindset
Autonomy and initiative in the kitchen
Familiarity with local products and suppliers
