ACCOUNTING / PAYROLL MANAGER (M/F)

ARC MONTE CARLO is looking for one of its clients based in Monaco: An Accounting / Payroll Manager (M/F)

Missions:
Preparation and processing of pay slips for all employees
Management of social declarations
Monitoring and management of leave, absences, and variable payroll elements
Accounting for current transactions (purchases, sales, banks)
Bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring
Maintenance and review of accounting accounts (customers, suppliers, fixed assets)
Preparation of elements for the annual balance sheet in collaboration with the chartered accountant.
Monitors social and tax regulations to ensure compliance of practices.

Profile sought:
Successful experience of at least 5 years in Monaco in the same position.
Diploma in accounting, management or human resources (BTS CG, DUT GEA, payroll license, etc.).
Proficiency in payroll and accounting software (Sage, EBP, DIA or other).
Knowledge of legal obligations regarding MONEGASQUE payroll and accounting.
Rigor, organization and respect for deadlines.
Ability to work independently while being a good communicator.
English and French required.
