TRUSTEE ACCOUNTANT (M/F)

ARC MONTE CARLO is looking for one of its clients based in Monaco: A Syndic Accountant (M/F)

Missions:
Management of condominium bank accounts
Recording and monitoring of accounting operations (charges, rents, calls for funds, etc.)
Preparation and presentation of financial statements at general meetings
Monitoring of co-owners’ payments and reminders in the event of non-payment
Management of forecast budgets and calls for funds
Editing of charge statements and distributions
Managing relationships with suppliers and service providers
Advice to co-owners and property managers

Profile sought:
Holder of a minimum Bac +2 in accounting, management or equivalent
At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in the condominium trustee sector
Proficiency in real estate accounting software
Good financial management and budget monitoring skills
Rigor, organizational skills and autonomy
Good communication and customer relations skills
English and French required.
