– shape dough/form different preparations
– garnish dough/pie bases/prepare various ingredients
– weigh products
– cook or cool preparations
– prepare catering products (assembly from technical sheets for example…)
– carry out basic preparations in Viennese pastries
Good command of a mechanical kneader; mixer; pasteurizer; homogenizer.
