we are looking for a BUYER/SUPPLIERS M/F

– Analyze the needs of purchase orders (quantities, costs, deadlines)
– Launch consultations following specifications
– Negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery times
– Enter supplier orders
– Track orders
– Organize supplier transport
– Communicate internally the availability of items
– Enter orders (BL, ERP stock)
– Administrative management: invoicing, supplier payment, reminders, etc.
– Inventory management
– Management of supplier disputes
– Track supplier prices
– Participate in monitoring quality indicators

Profile sought
– BAC+2 minimum, type BTS international trade, DUT GEA
– Experience of 4 years minimum in a similar position in industry
– Fluent English
– Office Pack (advanced Excel level)
– Knowledge of ACCESS and an ERP type SAGE desired
– Rigorous, organized,
– Good communication skills, teamwork
