Bilingual English Web Marketing and Communications Manager (M/F)

An innovative and very dynamic Monegasque SME specializing in high-tech luxury, we are looking for a bilingual English web marketing and communications manager (M/F) on a permanent contract based in Monaco.

Reporting to the director of the structure, you are in charge of developing the e-commerce activity of the website with the aim of improving traffic, conversion rates, average basket and turnover.
You are the web master of the website, and ensure the daily updating of the e-commerce site: posting of content (photos, videos, editorials, banners, etc.) and maintenance of the site.
In this capacity, you are in charge of optimizing e-marketing levers (SEO, SMO, SEA, Affiliation, web writing). You constantly improve the visibility of the site on the web via natural referencing: on-site work (editorial and technical optimization) and off-site (creation of backlinks via press releases, directories, social networks, etc.).
You carry out adwords sponsored link campaigns: targeting by keywords and ads, objective of reducing cost per conversion.
This permanent position creation is strategic because it is part of a desire to develop e-commerce activity internationally.
The remuneration depends on the profile and experience and could be between €2,000 and €3,000 gross monthly.

With a minimum of a Bac +2 degree in web marketing, e-commerce, web communication, you are bilingual in English and have significant experience of at least 2 years in a similar role. You have acquired experience in Web Marketing: content creation, natural referencing and keyword campaigns, viral marketing (blogosphere, forums), online advertising, newsletters, etc. You have excellent knowledge of e-commerce site management and Content Management Systems, as well as referencing and internet statistics tools.

With a certain ease in relationships, you have flawless writing. Open-minded, you are autonomous, proactive, enterprising, motivated, and a force for proposals for the development of the company and the e-commerce website.
