I am looking for a responsible, technically skilled worker for a villa (South of France, Frejus).

Requirements:

Driver’s license;
Experience as a handyman/gardener;
Documents proving legal residence in the EU;
Preferably language skills (English or French, conversational level);
Responsibilities:

Garden and property maintenance: lawn/hedge trimming, watering flowers, pool cleaning, minor repairs, etc. (not full-time).
Accommodation: Free, in a studio with a separate entrance on the villa.
Salary: 1000 euros + a bonus based on the results of the work done over the year.
