LOOKING FOR A TUTOR?

Hi, my name is Katya Stylianou and I have recently graduated from the University of Cambridge with a degree in English Literature. I am fluent in English, French and German, and obtained two A*’s and two A’s in the A Level Subjects English Literature, History, Art and French.

I have tutored students of all ages in a range of different subjects, from lower primary to upper secondary, however I have the most experience helping IGCSE, A-Level and IB students with the study of English Literature, History and French. I am currently employed at an International School as an Academic Mentor.

I offer tailored guidance for Oxbridge entrance exams and interviews, drawing from my own experience within the Cambridge supervision system. I am also happy to help with UCAS applications and Personal Statements.

I aim to empower students with confidence and effective study strategies, making even the most challenging academic journeys rewarding.

I offer online tutoring sessions using a variety of different platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, WeChat etc), depending on what suits my students best.

I also offer a free 15 minute video chat so that I can understand how best to help my students, and for them to get to know me and my teaching style a bit more.
