People Needs – for Resto/Bar –
I am in the process of buying and Transforming a Niçois restaurant 53 years in business with 2 owners. Current owners retiring. Sea front resto, 2 terraces, in my neighborhood of Carras, in Nice. Resto fronts on Le Promenade with main terrace on av Calif. Scheduled takeover for mid to late October. Restaurant to be open 6,5 days a week from 6 am to 9pm, full lunch, tapas and salads in the evening. Music and cultural events on the weekends.
The dream is to create a bistro environment where diversity is embraced (of origin, of faith, or political beliefs, of lifestyle). A place of convivialité, a place of learning a positive energy, compassionate and kindness. Have some cool people associated with the project to build the idea, along with the engagement of the city.
Here are my current needs, with start date needed.

🕯️Fluent French, or at least a good solid conversational capacity in French and desire to keep learning.
Interviews to be conducted by myself and business partner. Professional assesment tools will be used.
Req 1: Business partner – with bar/resto work experience – either bar/front of house or kitchen. 25 to 35K € envelope required to join. Depending on expertise of this person, we will need either Req 2 or 3. Start immediately. For details on biz plan and numbers please write to my email.
REQ 1Ootuon b: also a possibility for this business partner to be an inactive investor.
Req 2: Restaurant Manager (3 years experience in Nice or France), bilingual, trilingual better. Manage daily operations and team. Face of resto, active presence. Work begins mid october during handover with owners.
Req 3. Cook, aspiring chef in the making; 2 to 3 years work experience, post schooling; looking for someone who as worked on a kitchen line, is comfortable making traditional bistro food, and wants to grow and expand. Begin mid to end october.
Req 4: Serveuse/Serveur – someone who loves working as a waitstaff, wants to grow and expand with company. multilingual, solid french, able to make clients happy with attentive service. Start mid to end nov.
Req 5: part time, weekend, or additional shift – assistant cook and 2nd waitstaff;
