From recruitment to inventory, training staff, and creating menus…
Hello everyone 😊
My name is Martin, originally from Saint-Raphaël, and I’m back home after living almost 10 years in Manchester. I spent the vast majority of that time working in the hospitality industry, starting as a bartender and progressing to establishment manager. From recruitment to inventory, training staff, and creating menus, I’ve developed many solid skills that are also transferable to other fields. I’ve worked in various establishments, mostly independent, with different service volumes, offerings, and clientele (coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, bars), but I’ve always been able to adapt quickly. A lover of craft beers and natural wines, I’ve gained extensive knowledge in these areas, as well as in spirits, but I’m always eager to learn more.
I’ve been traveling since March and am now looking for a job in the area, open to any opportunities in a similar field but also in different ones if the opportunity arises and proves to be a good fit. My resume is ready and available upon request.
