Dameno – Monaco Real Estate is looking to expand its team of real estate brokers after opening its second Monegasque premise at 10 Boulevard d’Italie.

Here are the job’s main caracteristics:

Contract type:

Full time – 39 hours – Monegasque working contract

Salary:

Minimum wage + competitive commission structure

Required experience: Preferably as an agent in the Monaco real estate market or as a sales person in a luxury sector. However, each candidature will be analysed and we won’t dismiss any interesting profile.

Responsabilities:

Prospection (clients and properties)
Enter rental or sales mandates
Show properties
Negotiate on behalf the the client
Constant monitoring of the real estate market
Valuation of real estate for sale and rent
And Generally follow a sale or rental from start to finish

Languages:

French
English
A third or fourth languages is definitely preferred
