We are recruiting an IT Support Staff (M/F) for a private bank in Monaco (banking fixed-term contract).
Responsibilities:
User Support:
Answering calls, creating tickets, and tracking ticket progress.
Unlocking system and application access (passwords, tokens).
Troubleshooting issues, including remote support.
Providing hardware and software assistance to users.
Assisting users with software usage.
Offering various support services: telephony, videoconferencing.
Internal Duties:
Providing level 1 user support.
Managing day-to-day operations (systems, networks, supervision).
Tracking requests.
Deploying software and hardware (including fixed and mobile telephony).
Managing backups.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of workstation architecture (Windows/Citrix).
General knowledge of operating systems (Windows, iOS).
Familiarity with standard configurations, systems, and office tools.
Understanding of computer networks and IP telephony.
Knowledge of videoconferencing.
