Hi, I’m Carmella Kitching, a qualified Sports Massage Therapist (ITEC), currently training to become a Feldenkrais practitioner. With a background in elite swimming, representing both Great Britain and France, and a degree in Sports Psychology from Loughborough University, I bring a deep understanding of athletic performance and injury prevention. I’ve had the privilege of working with 13 Olympic medalists, helping them stay in top form.
My passion for sports massage stems from my own experiences with injuries as an athlete, and my goal is to help others feel their best, both physically and mentally.
