Your Responsibilities
Administrative Tasks:
Preparation and monitoring of Audit Reports;
Sending financial statements to clients;
Various secretarial tasks;
Physical and telephone reception;
Setting up meeting rooms;
General administrative assistance for the organization.
Communication Tasks:
Content creation for social media;
Monitoring organized events;
Creation and formatting of various communication materials;
Support in promoting events;
Perfect command of the French language (flawless spelling);
1 to 2 years of administrative experience in a professional services firm;
You demonstrate creativity and precision;
Professional English required: customer reception and orientation;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
